Important Return Information
- Only clean, salable stock accepted - free of marks or labels.
- Tapes and CDs are NOT refundable when opened.
- Preview kits may not be returned for credit unless defective.
- Defective products may be returned within 30 days for exchange or full credit.
- Shipping errors, defective or damaged merchandise claims should
be referred to our Customer Service Department. Please call
(1-800-334-1071) to receive shipping instructions.
- There is no restocking fee on Patch Club orders.
- Bookstores: Returns
of non-defective products will be credited at actual invoiced cost,
less a 10% restocking fee. Only salable merchandise accepted, free of
marks or labels. Prior verbal authorization must be obtained from the
returns department by calling (1-800-334-1071). Only titles listed in
the current catalog may be returned. Returns must be made within 12 months from date of purchase.
